Will and Mike's Comment...

This maisonette is so well proportioned and offers some great space, it really is great value for money. It is rare to find a home that offers so much space, whilst being in a such quiet cul de sac location but also minutes away from a parade of shops. Its truly deceptive from the front but as you enter, the space really opens up. Internally the current owners have refitted both the kitchen and bathroom, not to mention that you've got two great size double bedrooms which fit king size beds in. This home also benefits from having two balconies meaning you can enjoy outside at any time of day. There is also parking to the rear of the home and plenty of on road parking being in a cul de sac location. This is such a great opportunity for someone looking for more space, great transport links and plenty on the doorstep!

Seller's Comment...

We have lived in Lismore Close for almost 18 years, and have enjoyed our time here. It is a quiet cul de sac with friendly neighbours. The maisonette has two balconies which are great for relaxing or for working at home in the summer. Being keen gardeners, we have made full use of the balconies and front garden growing flowers and vegetables.

The two bedrooms are spacious enough to accommodate a king size bed and there is plenty of storage throughout.

It’s a stone’s throw away from our local pub The George which has a great menu to choose from. There is also a Showcase deluxe cinema to keep you entertained.

We often go for walks around Dinton Pastures which is 5 minutes away to help us relax, or Southlake which is a leisurely 10 minutes’ walk away.

The travel links are excellent for our work, easy access to the M4 and fantastic train links into London.

Only 2 minutes’ walk away we are fortunate enough to have a post office, a small convenience store, takeaway and a barber, for big shops Waitrose, Iceland and LIDL’s are a short driving distance.

Area Comment...

Lismore Close is a quiet cul de sac location but sits just a few minutes walk away rom a parade of local shops which include a corner shop and barbers. Just a 4 minute drive or 20 minute stroll away you have the Woodley Precinct which has a huge variety of shops and supermarkets such as Waitrose, Lidl and Iceland. There are also a number of fantastic walks and green spaces nearby, one of these being the hugely popular Dinton Pastures Country Park. Good commuting links are provided via Winnersh Triangle Station or direct access to the M4 via the A329.
