This coach house is truly amazing! Constructed in 2018 and tucked down a quiet road within the Bucklers Park development, this home is literally a couple of minutes walk away from Bucklers Forest. The home is beautiful inside and has been well thought out with large and well proportioned rooms giving a real sense of space. It is overall bright and airy and would make an excellent purchase for someone as it has for our current owners. If you're looking for something ready to move straight into with loads on the doorstep, then we can't wait to take you on a tour.

One of the main reasons I brought a property at Bucklers Park was due to the build quality from Legal & General Homes and its immediate proximity to Bucklers Forest which has a lot of open space with amazing walks and views. You also have a short walk into the High Street which has a village feel to it with local pubs.

Bucklers Park is a lovely area to reside with a feeling of it’s own community what with a pub, shops and it’s own school to be constructed in the near future.

The additional storage and high quality appliances were also a huge impact on what made me purchase my two bedroom coach house. Bosch kitchen appliances are of a high standard with ample space. HIVE thermostats are as standard and the bedrooms are of a very good size with additional built in storage to the second bedroom.

You have a private car port directly underneath the property which has a large storage cupboard with lighting and you also have an additional single allocated parking space at the rear of the property.

Area Comment...

This is such a fantastic location, Buckler's Park is very desirable with acres of woodland walks right on your doorstep. There is such a great community here coupled also with a new school and shops being built. Although this is right on the bus route, Crowthorne High Street is only at 15 minute walk away where you have all of the local village amenities including a doctors surgery, coffee shops, supermarkets and pubs. You also have some fantastic transport links into London with easy access onto the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
