We bought this apartment as first time buyers due to its location and having all the local amenities within a five minute walk, and being so close to the town centre. Although even being so close to town, it's a peaceful and quiet location. We fell in love with it immediately as it offered spacious room sizes and a big living/dining room. One of the best parts for us is that it's South facing so we get to wake up to the sunrise and the sunset as we finish our day!
