Vendors Comment:
We were initially drawn to the flat as the area and location were perfect for both of our commutes to work while staying close to our families.
The co-op, doctors’ surgery, pharmacy, and other little shops in walking distance around the corner have been a very convenient bonus. It is easy to get to the M4, M3 as well as Bracknell and Camberley town centres. The Meadows shopping centre includes a Tesco, Tesco’s fuel, M&S and Next which has been very convenient for our weekly food shops. The area also boasts multiple schools from nursery to secondary which are walking distance from the flat.
We love the choice of local wooded walking and conservation areas especially when we are dog-sitting the family dog and have made very good use of them.
The flat itself is a spacious 2-bedroom flat and has been a cozy home for us. We love how bright and airy the flat is throughout the year as well as the layout and easy to clean flooring. Heating the flat in these cold months has been cost efficient as the flat warms quickly but due to window location also cools nicely in the summer as it has a lovely cross-breeze.
Both blocks of flats have communal gardens which all residents can make use of, this includes the garden area behind the back block of flats. It’s lovely and peaceful. The neighbours are friendly and look after their properties.
The flat also benefits from ample parking with each block having two allocated visitor spots as well as the allocated parking spot for each flat. We have never struggled to park either of our cars at any time of the day.

Chris's Comment:
Springmead Court is an ideal first time or investment buy. There is very little work to be done apart from one's own tastes in decor, although the property is presented beautifully already! The location is ultra convenient being just a very short walk from the local shops that are just at the end of the road, absolutely worth coming for a look to see it for yourself!

Area Comment:
Swinley Forest is just a few minutes away for when you want to explore the woodlands. You've also got a parade of shops on Yeovil Road for your everyday essentials. But within a few minutes drive you are at the popular Meadows where you have choice of both Tesco and M&S superstores. If you are commuting there are great links to both the M3 and M4 whilst well positioned between Sandhurst and Camberley train stations.
