Seller’s views – I have lived in the development since it was first built - I was actually one of the first residents to move in. I have felt safe and secure here over the years, and feel thankful for creating many great friendships. The community feel here is something very special. Not only that, the location has been really helpful. I can walk to the shop to get the paper in the morning, the village triangle is not far and having the bus routes so easily accessible means I have been able to maintain my independence much more easily. I’ll be very sad to leave, but I hope someone else can enjoy living here as much as I have done

Area views – superbly located, Sheppard Court is just a few minutes walk from Tilehurst village triangle which has some lovely independent local shops and cafes, plus Tilehurst Pharmacy. The bus stops for the 15 and 17 on School Road are very close by, with the 33 also accessible from Hildens Drive.

Lauren and Ryan’s views – Sheppard Court is a really lovely development. When we first walked through the front door, there were a number of people in the central communal lounge, and we could really sense the community spirit within. Having the Warden on site also can reassure anyone who is considering moving here. The gardens are beautiful, there is plenty of parking for vsisitors and also lift access to all floors.
