We purchased our new build home in Hatchwood Mill three years ago. The spacious living and kitchen area make it the perfect space for entertaining, along with two fantastic sized bedrooms which we struggled to find elsewhere.

Hatchwood Mill is located in a great location between Reading and Wokingham, with two train stations both within walking distance. We’re also surrounded by country parks, local pubs, coffee shops and Showcase Cinema, making it an ideal location for a young couple or family!
