We've lived in the area for around 15 years, and on Shinfield Meadows for almost 3 of those, so we’ve seen the area develop into a thriving and friendly community.
No 7 is a perfect, easily maintained home. The room sizes are generous, yet cosy, and the bonus room is perfect as a study or nursery. The house is also perfect for downsizers.
There’s plenty of parking with a driveway for 3 cars, an adjacent garage with light and power (and potential for an electric car charger), and there’s plenty of street parking too.
The loft is boarded and offers additional storage space.
