We love this apartment not only because of what it offers but the location is amazing. Woodlands Court is tucked away in the ever popular Claremont Wood development in Sandhurst. The home is on the top floor which offers privacy and security and lovely views of the forest behind. This apartment offers a large double bedroom, a family bath and the lounge/diner and kitchen to the rear. Outside there is permit parking. This property is perfect If you are looking for something quiet with nature on the doorstep. It would make a great first time buy or investment purchase.

My favourite thing about the flat is the view out of the living room windows and how peaceful the area is. Being on the top floor there is so much light. One of the most relaxing things I do is read on the sofa listening to the birds and enjoying the views. I’ve really enjoyed exploring the local areas around the property - the entrance to Swinley Forest is at the end of the road, Horseshoe Lake is lovely to wander around and Wokingham and the Medows are a short drive away. It has been the perfect flat for my first home.

Woodlands Court sits between Crowthorne and Sandhurst in Owlsmoor. There is a parade of shops within walking distance in Owlmoor which the likes of a Cop-Op and a pharmacy. The Meadows offers a Tesco and Marks & Spencer superstore which is only a 5 minute drive. The property is well connected by the A30 and M3 being easily accessible. There are many great walks too with Swinley Forest, the tri-lakes and other nature reserves on the doorstep.
