Bracknell has developed a lot since I bought the place with a newly developed town centre, new cinema, lots of restaurants and local amenities. I bought my home because it’s walking distance from the town centre, train station with easy links into London and close to the M3 and M4.

The flat has lots of parking which is rare to find for flats and in Bracknell in general nowadays, this was a great selling point for me. The families in Woodpeckers are lovely, it’s been great getting to know everyone and we’ve seen lots of people come and go over the last 7 years but I’ve not had one bad thing to say about my neighbours. Everyone is supportive and offers free support and advice on our communal notice boards and flags concerns on rare instances. The outside communal area is quiet, and picturesque when the sun is out or summertime as it backs into a wooded area.

It’s been a privilege to live here as long as I have.

Area Comments...

Just half a mile from Bracknell Town Centre and Train Station, it's a brisk 10-minute walk for anyone on their daily commute! The Lexicon Shopping Centre is great for a stroll around with a great array of shops and restaurants. The neighbouring villages of Binfield and Wokingham are only a few minutes away by car or public transport and have a huge selection of pubs and independent boutiques to choose from.

The owner's comments really stand testament to how lovely this is as a place to live - they've also made this very easy for someone to move straight into with new windows, replastering and extending the lease. An absolute no-brainer of a first-time buy in my opinion!
