Owners Comments....

When looking for my first home, I wanted to be in a central location with lots around me and Circa was absolutely perfect!

I have loved having the Lexicon on my doorstep, being walking distance from the train station and so easily commutable into London as well as being easily accessible to places such as Reading, Ascot and Windsor. There are so many lovely places to walk locally such as Swinley Forest and Windsor Great Park is just down the road. The building itself is lovely and having a gym in the basement car park as well as bikes for use by residents is such a treat.

I feel very lucky to have purchased the flat I did, I looked at a number of flats in the building but this one stood out to me immediately. Having a balcony has been a real game changer, and is so lovely to sit and enjoy in the evenings with the lights from Fenwick sparkling! Also being a corner plot I have amazing light in the living room and kitchen and that together with the lovely high ceilings really opens up the space.

Being at the end of the corridor means I never have noise of people walking past my door, it’s the little things that make a difference! The Bluetooth speakers are also a great addition and this flat has been perfect for entertaining with great space in the living area opening onto the balcony.

I’ll be sorry to leave this flat, I’ve really loved being here and will miss being in such a great location

Area Comments....

Circa is right in the middle of Bracknell Town Centre with it's array of high street retailers, pubs and restaurants as well as being surrounded by an abundance of parks and green space to explore. Access to both M3 & M4 Motorways is just a few minutes away by car, and for anyone commuting by train the mainline station has links into Waterloo and Reading.

Ellen & Sanjay's Comments...

To let you in on a secret, we saw these properties being built back in 2018 and know the building and apartments quite literally inside out. The communal areas are so welcoming and somewhere you would be proud to show off to friends and family, and the apartment itself has a quirky layout and feels so bright and airy thanks to it being a corner unit with windows everywhere! Credit to the current owner, it's beautifully presented and ready for someone new to call it home.
