I have absolutely loved living here and it will be a sad moment to see it go. This fabulous apartment was my first home and was perfect for me and for many years after. It's a very spacious one bedroom apartment, something I struggled to find elsewhere and comes with great storage cupboards. It really is somewhere I got to call my own and gave me the opportunity to get onto the property ladder. Another bonus is that it comes with a secured outside shed, more storage which has been utilised since living here. Everyone in the block has been really lovely and have made good connections over the time I have been here. I can see a first time buyer enjoying this home as much as I have... I really can't fault it.

Shared ownership properties don't come up often and when they do, they are in high demand, especially this a one bedroom ground floor apartment. This is an ideal home for first time buyers, looking to get onto the housing ladder at a 50% shared ownership basis. The great thing is with this route, is that in time, if plausible, the home owner can look to purchase further shares.
The apartment block is tucked nicely away in the development and this particular home, being ground floor, offers a great sense of space and light, which we all look for when purchasing a property. The hallway has plenty of storage and wooden flooring which carries through into the living room, with the double bedroom, plenty spacious enough which also include fitted wardrobes and space to add freestanding. The bathroom is well presented and sizeable with a shower over the bath. The kitchen and living room certainly has been designed with the best intention and is a great space for socialising and/ or that down time we all need. It's a fabulous starter home and you can see how much the current sellers have loved being there. A great opportunity for someone to purchase.
