We have loved our 3.5 years living in this house since new. The Berkeley development is in a fantastic area with plenty of local walks and open space, and is also walkable to Bracknell town centre. For families, there is also a local infant and primary school – Warfield CoE that is walking distance from the house (<10mins).

The Berkeley build has really impressed us, with a high class finish. The house itself offers plenty of living space, and with two en-suites the house is great for both families or having people over to stay. The garden is south-west facing and is an excellent space for summer BBQs, entertaining and/or relaxing.

Wow, what a beautiful home, for me Berkeley Homes build a wonderful home. This house is blessed with a big kitchen breakfast room which is great for hosting and entertaining. I personally love the feeling of space and light when in the living room, its blessed with having two windows which allows the room be naturally bright. The finish throughout is just wonderful with premium white goods fitted as standard. The master bedroom is just stunning, with the two fitted wardrobes which utilise all the space and height up to ceilings, not to forget but the ensuite bathroom is something only dreams are made of with a bath tub and separate shower.

The rear garden is particularly big and points in a South Westerly direction. To the front you have a garage and driveway parking which fits two cars comfortably on the drive. There are also visitors parking bays throughout the development.
