Sellers View...
We have lived in our house for over 26 years. Infact our son was only 6 months old baby when we moved here, now he is a strapping 6ft 6 inch young man!! Our daughter got married from this house, so this house holds a special place in our hearts.

When we moved to this house, the house looked like it was from the 1970’s, Avocado colour bathroom suite, Peach colour downstairs cloakroom and brown swirly carpets, with just 1 Bathroom. Needless to say, we improved the house significantly over the years and brought it into the 21st century.
In April 2018 we got planning permission to extend and remodel our home. We embarked on this complete remodelling in July 2018 and the work continued for over 7 months, whilst we had to empty the whole house and move into rental accommodation. The Kitchen was moved from the front of the house to the back of the house and significantly extended to create an impressive bespoke handmade Kitchen, Dining room and family area. The house now is large enough to have multiple guests staying overnight and we have had some fabulous parties and Barbecues in this house. The field view at the back is a particular attraction of this house, as you feel like you are living in the country, but still only minutes away from the train station with direct access to London.

Greenacres avenue is a lovely place to live as it is quiet, peaceful and with lovely neighbours.
We will miss the area so much but will carry some amazing memories of this house and the Avenue with us wherever we go.
