When we saw this house for the first time, we were immediately attracted by its size and location – all the bedrooms are spacious and bright, the kitchen, the lounge and the garden offer a lot of space for social gatherings and everyday life, all located right in front of a beautiful green space with a playground, perfect for our family.
After we moved in, we’ve done a lot of upgrades to make it even better - renovated family bathroom and en-suite done to a high standard; solar panels to the house to make it eco-friendly with very low electricity bills; new efficient gas boiler that reduced our heating bills; fully boarded loft to provide huge storage area of more than 300 sq.ft.; a convenient electric garage door which opened up even more space in the big garage.

You also have local amenities just a short walk such as One Stop and the popular Warings Bakery and the Spencers Wood village hall that holds the local market every so often too. You have public transport links with bus stops close by and Mereoak Park and Ride just passed Three Mile Cross, not to mention the new Green Park Railway link not too far from here, giving you even easier access into Reading and then onto London.
