Owners Comments.....
What attracted us to this house was its location within Woodhurst Park itself. Set amongst 65 acres of countryside to explore, the house is tucked away down a quiet side road, feeling very private.

We love how spacious and light our home feels with the double aspect windows in the kitchen, lounge and bedrooms. The open plan kitchen is great for entertaining and extends perfectly into the garden to carry on the get together throughout the warmer months.

We’ve really enjoyed becoming a part of the community which Woodhurst Park has to offer. Events run throughout the year where you can get to know your neighbours whether it be Jubilee parties, Easter egg hunts, a morning wake-up from the resident Father Christmas delivering presents or a weekly sport meet-up to play football and tennis.

We’ve loved living here and know our house has many more happy memories to offer to its new owners.

Woodhurst Park is always popular for so many of reasons the current owners have already mentioned! From the acres of countryside on the doorstep, to convenient access to local schools, it's close proximity to Tesco Super Store, a plethora of local pubs and just a short drive into Bracknell Town Centre... there's a reason Sanjay also calls Woodhurst Park home!

What more can we add! The accommodation is beautifully proportioned, and in "proper" town-house fashion, the second reception room on the first floor is the perfect room to retire to of an evening, or somewhere to keep the teenagers out of the way while you're entertaining downstairs.
