I brought this house for the downstairs living space and in the time I’ve lived here it’s been a real social family space. I love the numerous outdoor spaces close by and have enjoyed many walks around Heath lake and watching the swans cygnets grow. Living here makes you feel like you are in a rural environment yet with all the amenities of a small town close by. The neighbours in the cul de sac are all so friendly and everyone looks out for each other.

If you are looking for a well proportioned four bedroom home, then look no further. This house is in fantastic condition right the way through and could make the perfect family home. To the left of the house you have a bright, front to back living room with a lovely fireplace and French doors leading onto the garden. However our personal favourite room is the open plan kitchen dining room to the back of the house which has been really nicely finished and gives you ample space for dining table creating the perfect entertaining space. You've also got the added bonus of the garage which has been part converted into a utility room and cloakroom, whilst still giving you some storage space at the front of the garage.
Upstairs the house has been reconfigured with the central landing space leading to all four of the bedrooms, two of those bedrooms are part of the extension that was done by the previous owners and are good size double rooms with a very deep storage space between the two. Our sellers are currently using the fourth bedroom as an office space but it could easily accommodate a single bed, but the master bedroom is really special. Not only is it a great size with plenty of fitted wardrobes but it also has its own en suite shower room and duel aspect windows making it feel even bigger.
The garden has been landscaped with an area at the back for seating which is perfect for summer entertaining, whilst to the front there is ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles. Pensford Close is a quiet cul de sac location just off of Elgar Avenue. The home sits less than a 5 minute walk from a parade of shops on Greenwood Road that includes a Tesco, hair salon, an Indian restaurant and a couple of other independent businesses. Further on from there and around a 15 minute walk you have the main Crowthorne High Street with two supermarkets and loads of other amenities. If you're looking for some open green space to explore or take your dog for a walk, you've got some great choices, just a short 5 minute walk in one direction to Heath Lake Park with its fantastic wildlife, and in the other you have Bigshotte Park with plenty of open green space to enjoy.
