We were really lucky to have the opportunity to purchase this house in Cutbush Close 6 years ago. Although it required complete modernisation we could see it’s potential and we loved the unusualness about this 1908 house on the skirts of Lower Earley.
As we were starting a family it was really important to find a home that wasn’t on a main road and to have a secure garden to enjoy. As the garden is south east facing the summers are amazing as the sun is present from dawn to dusk.
School choices were also very important to us and this area offered some fantastic options for our children.
