This semi detached home really is large. It's been extended to the rear, into the loft and also underneath. Providing four bedrooms and three reception rooms - so it is perfect for a growing family.
Sellers View...We moved here back in 2006, a newly married couple looking for the quick connection to London for work and still within walking distance of stunning woodland and countryside. Our first couple of years were spent updating and decorating the house, whilst commuting to London and exploring the best walks to the country pubs. The aim was for this to be our family home and as our family grew and changed, the house has been a vital component of our journey. It’s had so much flexibility for us and has evolved with us through many different combinations or rooms and set ups. For example, we’ve changed our bedroom three times because we wanted a change of scenery/view and as our children have grown and working from home has become more regular we’ve been able to easily change and flex how this works.
As we move to the next stage of our family, we still haven’t outgrown this amazing house, but sadly can’t pick it up and drop it where we want to move to! So we will miss the long evenings sitting on the balcony watching the sun set often with stunning colours and a beautiful silhouette of trees. We will also miss the quiet Close location and short walks to the countryside, station and town when we need to. And finally will miss the house where we have made so many amazing memories as a family and have invested so much of our time and love to create what has been our perfect Home Sweet Home
Agents View...This must be the largest house in the cul-de-sac. With four bedrooms, a separate shower room and cloakrooms. Three reception rooms that are all a good size. Its the basement room that you'll need some imagination for - this could be an office, another fourth bedroom, an annexe.
Area View...Just to the north east of High Wycombe, Chippendale Close is within walking distance of the town centre, the Royal Grammar School and Totteridge recreation grounds. Its a quiet cul-de-sac with south west facing views, but there's also so much more nearby.
