Sellers comments... - The moment we saw this house nearly 18 years ago we fell in love with the light and space. The home is within walking distance of local schools and shops, our three children have grown up very happy in this house creating lots of wonderful memories along the way. Will's thoughts... - This property is the perfect family home and is in a great location for schools and provides easy access to local amenities. The property is also within easy reach of bigger towns such as Camberley and Bracknell. The home is bright and airy with light pouring into the living accommodation and refitted open plan kitchen/dining area. There are doors which lead directly into the wonderful sunny garden. The property has four double bedrooms which is ideal for each member of the family to enjoy their own space. There is also a superb luxury family bathroom which includes a heated towel rail and whirlpool bath, whilst master bedroom has the benefit of an en-suite. The home is well presented throughout which means a prospective buyer could move in and put their bags down.
Area Comment... - Harvard Road is in an excellent location within Sandhurst. Nature is on the doorstep with lovely woodland walks and cycling trails in Swinley Bracknell Forest. It is also a great location for getting into town centres like Camberley and Bracknell. The location is excellent for the commuters being an easy drive to both the M3 and M4, 45 drive to Heathrow and 45 minutes train ride to London from Farnbourough.
There is the Meadows shopping centre which is home to one of the countries largest Marks & Spencers and Tesco, with a large Next located just nearby.
