It isn’t just a home but it’s part of a vibrant, caring community. The flowers that welcome you into The Brackens shows it’s about pride in our area. Just across in front of the house is a magical space that was created during lockdown that gave everyone the opportunity to create something special for the children and a project for the adults during that difficult time and ongoing.
A WhatsApp group was created so that no one felt alone or could reach out if they were poorly and no one felt worried about not getting to the shops or getting to hospital appointments etc.
It’s created new lasting friendships and families communicating going forward. Such an amazing support for all.
The peaceful walks around the lake just across the road allows you to immerse in nature and is so uplifting.
The Bigshot park on the estate is a safe and favourite place for picnics and chilling for the youngsters. Plus the local shops . The Train station is a bonus for Reading and Guildford and of course Gatwick which means you are never too far from an adventure or two.
This has been such a happy house and now it’s time for a new family to live here now my children have flown the Nest. Such wonderful memories.

The Brackens is set with in the ever popular Pine Ridge development just off of New Wokingham Road. This fabulous location is just a short 5 minute walk in one direction to Heath Lake Park with its fantastic wildlife, and in the other you have Bigshotte Park with plenty of open green space to enjoy. If you're commuting, Crowthorne train station is just a 25 minute walk away also with a bus stop just outside the house. Transport links into London are within easy reach via the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
