Leaving our roots and close family in NE England 54 years ago to pursue a new career was a very scary prospect but the moment we moved into our new family home in Chelwood Drive we knew we had made the right decision.
It provided the perfect environment for our 3 young children with a real feeling of security and space to play and invent new games.
With excellent local schools on the doorstep, a very supportive local community and beautiful local woodlands in which to walk and explore.
Our home has always had plenty of space for family and guests and has hosted many happy events and provided special memories. It is with great regret that the time has come to leave but I now need to be somewhere smaller with close support on hand.
I know the house and area will provide a perfect and happy home for another family.

This is truly a wonderful home which has been loved by the current owner for many years. This and the fact that houses very rarely come available in this cul de sac location speaks volumes about how nice it is to live here. This home offers spacious living accommodation with the downstairs having a large living area, separate dining room, WC and kitchen with doors onto the garden.
Upstairs, there are four good bedrooms with the family bathroom. The house is bright and airy whilst offering the next owners to change and put their own mark on it. There is also the benefit of having driveway parking, a garage and a private and sunny rear garden.

This home sits in a quiet location in Little Sandhurst which is between Crowthorne, Sandhurst, Yateley and Eversley. There are many lovely walks on the doorstep which include Horseshoe lake and Ambarrow Court woodland. There are also a number of popular schools within walking distance including the popular St. Michaels CE Primary School. The Bird In Hand pub and restaurant is within a 10 minute walk which serves excellent homemade food and perfect to get a drink. For the commuters, Sandhurst train station and M3 are also easily accessible.
