The Sellers View...

Having looked at a few properties in this one appealed to us the most. It was in a lovely quiet cul de sac situated short distances from Reading and Wokingham stations with good rail links to London. Winnersh station on the same London link is a ten minute walk from our back gate. The Forest school for boys and the Holt school for girls came highly recommended and are close by. Location location was important to us with short distances to M4 and M3 motorways.

The house had four large bedrooms which were ideal as a family unit with that extra bed room for the grandchildren. The converted integral garage gave us a fourth reception room whilst maintaining the connected external garage. We are close enough to the Reading road where there are a selection of handy shops pubs and a large store. The Walters Arms pub is a lovely venue for a quiet drink a short walk also. Bearwood golf club is also nearby.

We are fortunate enough to be walking distance to Dinton pastures for a walk round the vast lake with a lovely restaurant for afters. The garden is a good size and is south facing which gives us plenty sunlight. With all that said about location location the cul de sac is one of the friendliest community orientated streets I have ever experienced. That was also a very strong buying point for us.

I have loved this house as a family home over twenty eight years and it is with heavy heart I have decided to relocate to Scotland.

The Agents View...

The current owner has loved this home for many years, as much of this road has as people tend to stay here for a long time. It's clear to see this will make a new family so happy. There is flexible living across the two floors and potential to extend. The driveway can fit four cars on and there is side access to the garden.
