This has been the perfect family home for us. The spacious and light open plan kitchen, diner and play area has been the perfect space for get togethers over the years - and in the summer the doors open into the south facing garden which is a really lovely bonus.
One of the best things about our home is the location and neighbourhood we are situated in. The house overlooks a lovely green where the children play out in the summer, and at the top of the street there is even more green space which is home to a cricket pavilion and large field. There are lots of places to walk our dogs, and halfway along our street there is a cut through to the local church which eventually leads to Langley Mead and the surrounding fields which has some beautiful views!

You are really well connected to all your daily needs with Shinfield village having a post office, Co-Op and Robyn's nest cafè but you also have bus links from here taking you into both Reading and Wokingham towns, with an abundance of shops and restaurants to enjoy.
