The moment we saw it 11 years ago we fell in love with it! The house is full of character, yet modern, light and airy... the perfect family home. Plenty of space, a large garden, no renovation works needed, within walking distance of the town, our children could walk to school - we could just move in and enjoy! Lots of lovely green spaces to walk or cycle and enjoy nature are on the doorstep - it's a great location. We have absolutely loved living here but now our children have flown the coop, it's time to downsize, hopefully to a smaller version of Drey House!

The property is very spacious throughout. There are four double bedrooms with refitted bathrooms. The en suite bathroom is amazing with a large bath and walk in shower. Downstairs there is a beautiful open plan kitchen/breakfast/dining area which is perfect for entertaining. There is also a fully fitted study area and two family rooms with doors which lead onto the stunning garden. The garden is truly stunning with a large patio area and decking area at the back.
Externally there is a gravel driveway parking for a number of cars.
I advise anyone looking for home in this location to book a viewing.
Area Comment...
The property is located about a mile from the Wokingham Town Centre and the train station. There are a number of bars, cafes, pubs and restaurants in town. The property is also within walking distance of the outstanding Ofsted-rated Evendons Primary School and the Luckley House School. There are a number of parks and green areas to enjoy walks.
