We have lived in our house for 25 years, It’s been a lovely family home where we have bought up our children and their children more recently. It's located in a quiet location within a short walk of California Country Park which has been a wonderful spot to walk our dog. The people who live in Church Hams have a great community spirit, we often have street parties for bank holiday events and enjoy the support of each other as and when we need it.

As a child, I had friends who lived down Manor Park Drive and I always went there one day wishing I could live there myself, but not quite yet. It's a beautiful location and only a short walk from the country park and a 10-minute drive into Wokingham. It's one of those developments you notice as you drive down which is cared for by all that live there, the gardens are always maintained perfectly and the houses always look very well cared for. I'm going to be very jealous of those who are fortunate to buy this amazing home
