5 Chaucer Grove has been such a lovely home for us where we've created some lifelong memories. We've been surrounded by friendly and supportive neighbours throughout our time here.

There is easy access to local shops and now the Nine Mile Ride extension has been completed, getting to Bracknell is easier than ever for The Lexicon.

There are numerous well reviewed nurseries and pre-schools to choose from and of course the house is within walking distance and therefore catchment for Bohunt. Further afield, Hazebrouck Meadows and California Country Park are a short walk away, as is the Siren Craft Brewery which regularly has family days on a weekend.

We will be sad to be leaving but with a baby on the way we feel it's the right time to write a new chapter in our family book.
