The Seller's view... - We have thoroughly enjoyed living on Bunting Lane. With Peacock Meadow just a stones throw away getting outdoors is simply a breeze! With quiet roads and a friendly community it makes for a lovely place to live. We'll miss our great neighbours, but it's time to move on.
The agent's view... - Bunting Lane and the surrounding roads were built by Redrow as part of their Heritage collection and are the closest properties to the Peacock's Meadow Country park, a huge expanse of park and woodland stretching all the way to Easthampstead Park House. Many of the issues with other parts of the development have been rectified with provision of driveway parking for two cars and a large detached garage adjacent to the house. Please check out the video for more about the house!
The area view... - Jennett's Park is an established community in it's own right. The Primary school is now part of a high performing Academy Trust, a local Co-op has been opened to complement the community centre, surgery and all weather sports courts at the centre of the development. The Peacock Farm pub is well run and really popular with residents, cozy for dinner in the winter with a great outside bar in the summer.
But the real winner has been the green space created by the formation of the development. A number of country park areas and woodlands, the largest of which is just one street away from this lovely family home.
