The Sellers View... - A new adventure awaits, but I will miss this house; it’s been our family home for twenty years and we’ve been very happy here. I love that it’s light and bright with big windows, plus an open hallway and landing. It benefits from having cavity wall insulation, underfloor heating in the en-suite bathroom and a water softener, little luxuries. My girls were 5 and 8 when we moved into the cul-de-sac and I always felt it was a safe place for them to play. I’ve been blessed with lovely neighbours, we all help each other out, be it taking in a parcel or feeding each other’s pets. It’s great having the fields behind us and Dinton Pastures an easy walk away, especially now that we have a pup to walk. The short walk to the train station gives easy links to Reading and London and there’s a plethora of good state and private schools in the area. The pretty market town of Wokingham is our local authority and has a variety of shops and restaurants. Yes, there’s been a lot of good reasons for living here, but my fledglings have flown and it’s time for me to move on.
The Agents View... - This really is a fantastic family home. It's safe for children to play out the front with no passing cars as well as a large private front garden. The back garden is secluded and southwest facing. Every room is already a great size with plenty of storage available and the flow downstairs works so well. it doesn't stop there, as this home offers huge potential to extend (subject to planning) with a large corner plot and others have already done so in the road. The difference is this one is in the most desirable position.
The Area View... - This property is so well positioned. You have access to the motorway simply, you can walk to the train station, fantastic schools, a short drive to Reading and Wokingham as well as convenient busses. As a family home, you always want to be near nice walks, parks and shops, again all of these are nearby, with the big Sainsburys up the road for your family shops and Dinton Pastures close by too.
