Purmerend Close is a great little cul-de-sac, tucked away and yet within easy reach of the local amenities. Our sellers have done a lovely job of modernising and presenting this home beautifully, but it's best that you come and have a look for yourselves!

Area Comment:
Farnborough is a popular and busy town that is very well served for commuting with nearby access to junctions 4 & 4A of the M3, as well as having Farnborough Main train station with direct trains to London, and also Farnborough North station. The town centre is very well equipped with various shops, restaurants and leisure facilities as well as many other local amenities. There is a great selection of local schools and colleges including Farnborough Sixth Form and Farnborough College of Technology nearby.
