"We've spent many happy years in this house. Particularly in the last few where we have enjoyed the improvement we have made throughout including new kitchen, bathroom and flooring. The downstairs is such a lovely welcoming space, the fireplace is my favourite feature and although we love the open plan look and feel it does help separate the living area to the dining area which is a bonus.
We added a decking area for the sun trap that we get in summer and enjoy the low maintenance front garden!
It's a great road and really quiet with plenty of parking.
We are a 2 minute walk from the bus stop to take you into reading town centre which is super handy and a 15 minute walk into woodley centre where there are lots of great places to eat and shop!
The local gym is also in walking distance as is Woodford Park which is so nice to walk around with its new playground. We’re also a nice half an hour walk through a field and woods to get to southlake, making it a perfect spot for dog owners!
We will be really sad to leave this house and the area but are moving location to be closer to family."
