Owners Views:

Fencote was my first house after leaving the family home and it is now very much home to both my partner and I.

The convenience of the local shops being less than a 2 minute dash away from the front door, as well as a doctors/dentist/a welcoming pub, even the bottle, clothes & book banks has just made things so easy.

As a commuter into London every day, I enjoy the 20 minute walk down to Martin’s Heron train station with its route through the local park. We’ve enjoyed weekend strolls into Swinley Forest many times with visiting friends and family and are often told how fortunate we are to have it virtually on our doorstep.

The local arts centre is a must visit too hosting entertaining evenings in its comedy cellar as well as the summer food festival.

We are massive fans of the new Lexicon re-developed town centre. It’s great to see it vibrant and thriving. Although we are looking to move slightly further out of town we will still be regular visitors to the wealth of shops that it has to offer.

We’re sad to say goodbye to our home and neighbours but look forward to our next venture.

Area Views:

In just a few hundred yards you're at Crown Row shops for all the day to day conveniences you need. A few miles down the road is Bracknell Town Centre and the mainline station to Reading and London Waterloo. Access to both the M4 and M3 is very easy and accessible. Swinley Forest is walking distance and has over 2,500 acres to explore. so there really is the best of all worlds within easy reach.

Ellen & Sanjay's Views:

There are so many features in this home that excite us... The garden has been very cleverly landscaped with bordered beds that double up as accidental/occasional seating for all your friends and family to enjoy when you're hosting a summer BBQ - the fact it is non-overlooked and West facing are added bonuses. The bedrooms are all a fantastic size, the bathroom has been beautifully modernised and the storage is great. Then we come to the kitchen/dining room - it's the perfect open plan space with some extremely intuitive kitchen design solutions, and there's a separate living room for those quieter evenings in front of the telly. This one won't hang around for long!
