This home offers some fantastic accommodation and is in very good condition throughout. Built in 2018, this home is in a prime spot within the Cricket Field Grove development overlooking the green. On entry, the spacious hallway gives you access to a cloakroom and a beautiful spec kitchen with built in appliances to the front, whilst to the back you have a huge open living/ dining space with Velux windows and french doors onto the garden. On the first floor you have two double bedrooms with a lovely family bathroom between them, but the big party piece of this home is the top floor. This is devoted entirely to the master bedroom and measures over 24ft in length, giving you an en suite shower room and plenty of storage space. There is a great community in this development and you can see why its so popular, this would make a perfect family home as it has for our current sellers.

We have owned the property since 2019 and have been living here whilst we renovate another property in Crowthorne. We love how large the rooms are and the light, airy feel. Originally, the house was designed as a 4 bed property so there is lots of space. It is a lovely home in an excellent location. We regularly take the short walk to the high street and have benefitted from the kind, friendly community on the development. We’ve been very happy here and we’re sure the new owners will be too.

Cricket Field Grove is a small development nestled at the top of Chaplian's Hill within walking distance of Crowthorne High Street and was extremely popular from new. There are some fantastic walks just minutes from your doorstep, whilst Crowthorne High Street is only an 11 minute walk away. This home falls under many of Crowthorne's local school catchments including the popular Edgbarrow Secondary School which is also walking distance. Transport links into London are within easy reach via the A329, M3 and M4 from here. You also have access to Swinley Forest on the doorstep which is hugely popular for dog walkers and keen cyclists.
