'Vendors Comment' - We have loved living here and it's been a fantastic house to live in. The kitchen is our favourite room with lots of space for hosting dinner parties with friends and family.
It is a nice, quiet area with a very friendly neighbourhood & its lovely to sit in the garden early in the morning and watch the squirrels chasing each other through the trees.
There is plenty of room for the kids to play, many a time have they been running loops through the house and garden and if thats not enough for them Swinley & South hill park are the doorstep.
We will be sad to leave, but excited for our next adventure.
'Agents Comment' - I have seen lots of three bedroom houses in Hanworth and Birch Hill over the years but this property has some fantastic features to the front and back. It's not often I find this type of house with parking for two cars and a garage attached. On top of that the front garden has been laid to artificial grass and has a raised level of decking leading to the front door which give the frontage a really nice feel. I really like the kitchen in this house and the garden has a tree lined outlook to the back giving a very private outlook from the decking and bedroom windows.
'Area Comment' - Hanworth is a popular location for people looking in Bracknell as it's next to the Swinley Forest, The Lookout, South Hill Park, the local Sainsbury's is just up the road and there is great access to either the M3 or M4. With The recent addition of The Lexicon, Bracknell is a popular location for people looking to move out of London or neighbouring towns.
