We have spent a very happy 9 years in Watchetts road but we are fortunate to be able to relocate to a coastal village in south Wales, part of a longer term retirement plan. Having Camberley town centre on your doorstep has been perfect. The house has also been a great base for my job which requires a fair amount of travel – centrally located with excellent links to Camberley station, Farnborough station, Heathrow, Gatwick, the M3 and the M4. I took the opportunity to build a fully equipped home office in the garden during covid when travel was not possible and when working from home became the norm.
It has a been a wonderful space to live in. We particularly enjoyed the combined open plan kitchen/dining/living space and the garden catches the sun for most of the day. Ideal for having friends around for those late summer BBQ’s. An added bonus for us has been the very close proximity to Watchetts Park and we have taken full advantage to integrate ourselves into the community sports clubs that are based there.

We love this charming and spacious family home. It provides ample space for a growing family or those who desire additional guest rooms or home offices. There are three reception areas that offer flexible living. This includes the front room with a beautiful bay window. There is an open plan style kitchen/dining area and other family/snug area. The extension has also meant there is a utility and downstairs W/C. There are all the traditional character features you'd expect to find including the high ceilings making it feel bright and spacious. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms and a fully tiled, re-fitted family bathroom.
There is a large and private, south-facing garden meaning you can enjoy the sun all day.
Adding to the appeal, there is an outhouse/studio located in the garden with power. This space can be utilized as a studio space, a home gym, or a work from home office space. This property is being sold with no onward chain.

Area Comment...
This home sits within a 15-minute walk of Camberley town centre. Camberley is a lively town. The Mall and Atrium are packed with shops, restaurants and cafes. Other entertainment include a multi screen cinema, bowling alley and children's indoor play centre. There is a leisure centre with a swimming pool and gym and there is a number of parks spread amongst the town. For the commuter, the M3 and A30 provide routes to London and Camberley train station provides routes to Guildford and London Waterloo.
There are some great areas for cyclists, runners, walkers and dog walkers alike with Barossa Common less than 2.5 miles from the property. There is also a range of excellent local schools to cater for all ages of education.
