The Sellers View
My house is definitely not the most pristine you’ll ever see but it is full of life and character. It holds many precious memories for me. This house was made for living, loving, laughing, and crying in. It is a cosy place for tiny feet to explore. A place for sharing food, stories, and friendship. A place to lend a shoulder to cry on or to laugh out loud, to share the good and the hard times. A place to live life.

I love the way the house is always warm in the winter but cool in the summer when we can open the doors and enjoy the extra space offered by the garden. I’ll be hard pushed to say what I love best about my house the most- there is so much to cherish.

I love the bonus room, which I use as my bedroom. Now that my children are grown, I love spending wintery, lazy Sunday mornings; in bed under the skylight, indulging in coffee and chocolate, getting lost in a book. I love my wall to wall closet too- so handy for a clothes horse like me.

The living room is so cosy, I love curling up on the sofa with my man, scented candles and twinkly lights, watching something on the box.

We spend so much time in the conservatory where I nurture my seedlings in the spring before planting out in the summer. It is such a sun trap, sometimes its nice to sit in with a cuppa on sunny winter afternoons and enjoy the outdoors indoors.

But my favourite place has to be the heart of the house- my kitchen. I love the way I transformed a place of drudgery into a hub of friendship and entertainment. This is where we celebrate the good times eating food, drinking wine and laughing at the bad ones.

Externally the property has a low maintenance west facing garden. There is on road parking and the residence of this property get two parking permits and other temporary permits for friends or family to use, a fairly typical set up as the property is so close to town.
