Crookham Park offers a variety of amenities including a Sainsbury’s Local. Families will benefit from the Tweseldown Infant School within the development and then the Church Crookham Junior School and Crookham CofE Aided Infant School both within walking distance. Also within Fleet are Calthorpe Park School and Court Moor schools at senior level that are partnered with the Farnborough Sixth Form College.

The South Downs National Park is close by with its rolling hills and ancient forests, renowned for its unspoilt beauty, where you will find places to enjoy a walk or bike. Along the route are local pubs that pride themselves on a warm welcome, seasonal menus, and dishes from modern British cuisine to classic Sunday roasts starting with a short walk to The Wyvern, or nestling on the edge of Church Crookham a trip to the Tweseldown pub or Foresters tucked away in the woods, not forgetting the Fox and Hounds on the banks of the canal. You can even explore the pathways along the canal, regarded as one of the most beautiful in the country, or head to Fleet Pond Nature Reserve for a different waterside setting to enjoy Hampshire’s largest freshwater lake, famed birdlife and Sandy Bay ‘beach’. A hot spot for people of all ages, is the Redfields garden centre within easy reach, where you'll find everything from gardening equipment to plants, BBQs and garden furniture to also finding a perfect gift for someone special, not forgetting its cafe's.

Plus, every two years mark the calendar for the world-famous International Farnborough Air Show spectacular, which you'll be able to watch in the sky without leaving your back garden. Golfers can discover Bowenhurst Golf Club’s picturesque parkland course and Oak Park Golf Club’s Woodland course with its tree-lined fairways, which are a short drive away. London Waterloo is reached from Fleet station with a 41 minutes direct train. Plus easy commuter access onto the M3.

If you're looking for a house that is in exquisite condition then you have found it! I love the kitchen/breakfast room, the feature mirror is a cool touch and the dining area fits in perfectly. With this house, not only does it look impressive, but it is so spacious too. The rooms are great sizes and perfect for a young family or anyone just looking to spread out within their own home. Plus it has a lovely en suite to the master bedroom.

Vendors Comment

For us, the reason why we were so attracted to this property at the start, was due to the modern kitchen as well as the outside garden. For me, I love the aspect of having three gardens combined into one, however, all my partner really cared about was where we were going to put the hot tub and that it was south/west facing. We’ve loved living at Macintyre place as we found that instantly it felt like home. Neighbours are absolutely great and always happy to help. We love that Sainsbury’s is a 100m walk for our daily essentials and has great walking routes around the woodlands for the weekends.
