The house was our first renovation project and it's been a pleasure making it into a home!

The house itself is spacious, light and calm. The first summer we lived here felt like being on holiday as the garden gets lots of sun and is great to host or relax in when the weather is nice.

The neighbourhood is friendly and with the lake, woods and field across the road there are plenty of green spaces, Woodley Town centre is a short walk in the opposite direction.

Having Earley station in walking distance makes other areas such a Wokingham, Reading & London accessible, as well as there being easy access to the M4.

We've really enjoyed living here and it’s likely we won't be moving far but it’s time for the next project.
