We relocated here 31 years ago from Kent. The main reasons for choosing this house were the views over the back garden, its location in a quiet cul de sac and that are neighbours are cows!!
As well as the house being perfect for entertaining due to the extended lounge/dining room opening up onto the garden, it is walking distance to California Country Park, FBC, schools, Co-op, post office, restaurants, dentist and doctors surgery.
We have loved living here but now my son and daughter have moved out, and it's time to find a little place of my own and to hand over this property to another family who will love it as much as we have.

It says a lot when a house hasn't been on the market for 31 years, this home really does have so much to offer and as our sellers have said it has great views from the back garden over fields. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to be tucked away in a quiet spot.

This is such a fantastic location for anyone moving with a family and always has been a popular location with great schools, parks and woodland right on your doorstep. To the front of this home you have the kitchen which has been extended into the living room to give you enough space for a breakfast table. There is also a handy storage cupboard by the front door with the garage just the other side of the wall. The back of the house is a lovely open living and dining space which was extended some years ago and now offers a separate study space, ideal if you are working from home. We love this room because of the french doors leading onto the garden which not only is a great size, but also has superb views over the field behind.

This home sits nestled at the back of the popular 'Fernlea' development and is only a short walk away from the popular FBC centre and is only a stones throw away from California Country Park. Also a short walk away you have some great local amenities including the Co-op, Pharmacy and some great local places to eat. It also falls within many of the areas popular local school catchments such as Waverley School, Gorse Rise Primary and Bohunt Secondary Schools.
