Sellers View..."I want to tell you about our home. My parents moved out from London in the early 60s to be able to afford a new house. They stayed here for the rest of their lives. Both my brother and I were born here - yes, actually in the house. It was a great place to grow up. We had the garden with a permanent patch of worn grass where the goal was. But we also had Tinker’s Wood, Hughenden Park, and Downley Common as an extended playground. When the time came, we could walk to our schools, and the town centre became our social hub. We have great memories of family gatherings, kids’ parties, marathon football matches that went on beyond dark, and the fairies at the bottom of the garden (it’s true!). The neighbourhood was great – we grew up surrounded by “uncles” and “aunts – and this remains so today. As my parents got older, we were reassured to know that they had caring neighbours around them, always looking out for them. As only the second owners of the house, we hope you create as many happy memories here as we did."

Michael's View...If you are looking off a property you can 'add' value to, then this is a great start. I'm sure you'll notice the next door neighbours, they are adding a huge extension to the house. Which is pretty much what I think you would also want to do here.

Area View...This part of High Wycombe is called Disraeli. Within a short walk to the town centre in one direction & Hughenden Valley in the opposite. There are schools close by & a parade of shops. Being on-top of the hill, you are also provided with a flat & level garden - which is not all that common!
