After living in the area for 30 years when I saw Heritage Park estate being built I knew it was the perfect place to raise my son. I instantly fell in love when I saw the show home and quality of the interiors included. Choosing the plot was easy for me, a south facing garden for plenty of summer entertaining. The size of the house and garden was a huge selling point for me. New builds can quite often feel pokey, but this home is spacious and so full of light! Having the rear of the house as the kitchen/ diner/ family room, was a big win for me knowing I could be in the kitchen cooking

whilst my son played outside and I could safely watch him. It really helped the garden feel like a true extension of the house. The bedrooms are all good size and not a box room insight. The master has a gorgeous spacious ensuite and the family bathroom is perfect, with added space for an airer of washing on a rainy day!
