We were attracted to the Cavendish park development because of the small number of houses and the open green environment - it didn’t feel like any other development that we had seen in Wokingham!

We have loved living in this house and have created lots of memories here. The living room space is generous and has provided a hub for our family. We enjoy looking out on to our landscaped garden and the addition of the home office tucked away behind the garage. Usable all year round it has been the envy of colleagues during teams meetings! We equipped the office with a top of the range combined heating/air conditioning unit and a direct connection to the high speed internet to make it the ideal home working environment.

We’ve spent many weekends and evenings hosting BBQs and relaxing in our garden. It’s really sheltered and benefits from the sun all year round and we have anchor points above the pergola for a sail shade.

Our raised beds are a perfect height for gardening and have always provided a plentiful harvest, delicious cherry tomatoes thrive every year!

Built in 2016 our house was specified to a high standard with a Corian worktop, Bosch appliances, a water softener, undyed wool carpets and mega flow heating/ hot water system, to name a few.

This house has given us a huge amount of happiness and we will be sad to leave. We know this will make an amazing home for the next owners!
