Sellers view -

We viewed so many houses before deciding on this one, and it won out over all the other due to the amount of space and the surrounding area. We especially love the kitchen diner which leads out through the French doors to the garden, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding streets. The with spacious living room and three bedrooms it's given us plenty of space to host friends and family.

The gardens gets lots of sun and is perfect to relax in when the weather is nice as there's no traffic noise.

When we want a quiet weekend at home we usually walk around the nearby Langley Mead nature reserve five minutes walk away, and down to the local garden centre to get a coffee and some flowers. Otherwise, we have easy access to the Oracle and Reading train station to get to any London plans.

The development and surrounding village is friendly and peaceful, with a selection of pubs, some handy shops and even a fine dining restaurant in the village, L’Ortolan. It is with a heavy heart that we leave our lovely home and neighbours. We have absolutely loved living here.
