This house will always hold a special place in our hearts, as it’s our first home together as a couple and the house we brought our first baby home to.

Our open plan downstairs area has been perfect for hosting friends and family for any occasion, it's what attracted us to this house in the first place. In the summer we’ve held many bbq’s, the decking area gets sun all day through to the evening.

We have loved living here on a quiet private road with a wooded walk opposite our front door, perfect for family walks. Over the road we have an even bigger open space in Jennett's park to enjoy, and one of the best pub/ restaurants, Peacock Farm, in Bracknell is a 2 minute walk from our house.

As sad as we are to leave, we are happy knowing this will make a great home for the next owners.

Area Comments...

This side of Jennett's Park is lovely and quiet and this home in particular fronts onto Wykery Copse and is such a short stroll from The Peacock Farm. It's great for easy access to the M4 and both Wokingham and Bracknell Town Centres are a short 5-10 minute driveway.

What a beautiful home! It is absolutely in show home condition and the space and storage is second to none - downstairs is a great open plan entertaining space and the wrap around garden is south facing so you can chase the sun all day. We love a traditional townhouse and this certainly feels like one with the separate living room on the first floor - the dual aspect in this room as uninterrupted views out over Wykery Copse so it's a lovley place to unwind. All the bedrooms are doubles, there's 3 bathrooms and a downstairs loo.... we really could go on and on about this one!
