We moved into our home in Appleby Walk in the summer of 2017. We are now a family of 4 and have decided that the time is right to look for something a bit bigger.

We have been very happy living in Croft Gardens. It is a very family friendly neighbourhood and our neighbours are all very considerate and thoughtful.

The location has so much to offer. We are only a short walk away from a brilliant park for children, a short walk from Dobbies Garden Centre and it’s surprising just how many lovely walks there are from our front door.

Our home offers a spacious kitchen with built in appliances. We have recently had the kitchen tiled and upgrade the finish to the electric front plates. Our downstairs cloak room is a good size with a high spec of floor and wall tiles and we have added a wall to wall mirror which adds even more depth to the room. Our living room is a great size and can easily be transformed into a living room/diner if this is your preference. The double patio doors bring in a lot of natural light and in the spring and summer this outdoor space is a great addition to the way we live. We have extended the patio area, added composite decking to the back of the garden and have added a built in bar too. It’s a great area for summer parties and barbecues. We have also built a chalet style outbuilding where both Beth and I have the opportunity to work from home.

One big positive of our home is the fact that all 3 bedrooms are a good size. The master bedroom is big enough for a queen size bed and has an en-suite bathroom.

We have been so genuinely happy here, and with all the home improvements we have made we feel proud to hand over our home to new owners.
