Rarely do homes in this location come up for sale - it's a 5 minute walk to Martins Heron train station and in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac with the added benefits of driveway parking, a south facing rear garden and potential to extend, subject to the usual planning permissions. No Onward Chain.
Owners Comments: We bought the house when we were starting our family. It’s a lovely quiet road with friendly neighbours. We loved the big lounge and sunny garden and the fact there’s so much to do locally for families. The nearby parks are fantastic, we’ve spent lots of time at Lily Hill Park. Swinley forest is just next door with amazing walking and biking trails. The supermarket and train station are within a 4 minute walk which makes everyday living that bit easier. The house is also in the catchment area for a great primary school. Bracknell town centre is 3 minutes on the train plus Coral Reef and Lavender Park are only a couple of minutes down the road
Area Comments: For anyone needing to commute, Martins Heron station is 0.2 miles away on foot and both the M3 & M4 motorways are just a few minutes drive away. The cul-de-sac itself is very quite and the surrounding homes are all beautifully presented. Nature and parks to explore are in abundance close by with Allsmore Field at the end of the road, Swinley Forest a short 5 minute drive away as well Lilly Hill Park, Savernake Lake and Calfridus Way playing fields all a few minutes away on foot. The Lexicon Shopping Centre in Bracknell and Ascot Town Centre are both just 2.5 miles away in either direction.
Ellen & Sanjay's Comments: There is nothing not to love about the location of Radnor Road, and it's so rare for detached three bedroom homes to come to the market, let alone here! The home is perfectly ready for someone to move straight in whilst still offering excellent potential for someone to come in and put their own stamp on it. We know this will be popular!
