There is also a small childrens park there. Within 5-10 minutes there are three other parks and a nature reserve.
The house is spacious and modern, we've replaced all the windows and fitted wooden shutters throughout, a new porch, conservatory with electric openers and mains radiator. and landscaped the garden professionally. There is still some scope to add additional parking or a forth bedroom should you wish!
