I Moved into 64 Yorktown road in 2018, It was an amazing experience finally to be able to put my stamp on what to become my home! I had moved from rental properties so to invest in something I could call my own was a dream come true. Sandhurst offers a lot of property for your money and all you need for single couples and families. The first Lockdown was made bearable by the garden, sunshine all day through you can really get a nice tan, and the outhouse being my gym actually meant I had a lot of time to exorcize, daily runs around the park and cocktails, beer and wine later on in the day!
The neighbourhood is quiet in the evenings, good for people like me who are light sleepers, and even though the house is on the main road it turns off after rush hour.
I would have spent many more happy years at 64 if I hadn’t met my partner who, like me yearned for a costal existence.
The direct neighbours keep themselves to themselves, however, we have a very good relationship and can ask each other for small things I.e. checking the house if away.

The house has an amazing feel and virtually cuddles you as you enter after a hard day at work. Whoever moves into 64 will obviously place their stamp and improve a few things, I hope I have started and you can continue to love and care for 64.
