I bought Yaverland as I loved the open plan flow of the house and the fact that it had 3 double bedrooms as opposed to two and a box room. I also liked the position and the fact that the back garden isn’t overlooked. Added to that, there is so much within walking distance, great restaurants, pubs, everything you need in the high street and some lovely green spaces for walking. The transport links are good and Yaverland residents are friendly and helpful, if I need anything, I just message the Yaverland WhatsApp group!
