In a very popular location is this three bedroom family home on Dettingen Park. With three bedrooms, a bathroom and en-suite to the first floor, and a living room, conservatory, refitted kitchen/breakfast room and cloakroom to the ground floor. Outside there is a rear garden, garage and driveway.
Vendors Comment:
Our favourite aspect of the house is the warm kitchen where we enjoy cooking and sharing meals, we also regularly use the breakfast bar. The lounge is a really good size for entertaining too. Having the garage right outside is a big plus for us. The community has a lovely neighbourly spirit and we can very quickly get out and about into nature, while the house is also tucked away in a quiet corner of the area.

Chris's Comment:
To be honest I'm a little biased to Dettingen Park as I lived here myself for several years! It's a unique development to the area with its layout, but is very quiet and has a great sense of community. This property is tucked away in a small cul-de-sac just across from the green. The addition of the conservatory creates even more family space downstairs which is always much needed! I'd highly recommend getting in touch and arranging a viewing!

Area Comment:
Deepcut is situated on the eastern fringe of Camberley and falls under the GU16 postcode. Dettingen Park was built in 2003 and is a unique development to the area with an attractive layout centred around The Crescent, which has a large circular green with a fountain and pond at the centre. The nearby shops are located nearby on Heatherside which will cater for day to day needs, while Camberley town centre is approximately a ten minute drive away. The M3 motorway can be reached at either junction 3 in Bagshot/Lightwater or junction 4 in Camberley, both of which are approximately a fifteen minute drive away. There are ample outside spaces nearby with the Frimley Fuel Allotments directly across the road from Dettingen Park, and the Ranges behind the development.
