Our home in Southwick court is very peaceful and quiet, we are surrounded by woods. Everyone in the street is really friendly and all look out for each other. The area is perfect, we have local amenities only a 2-minute walk and great walks over Swinley! We have lived here 19 years and will really miss the area but mostly we will miss opening the patio doors onto the beautiful garden and listening to the birds.

Tucked away down the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and enjoying a sunny, non-overlooked garden - backing onto Swinley Forest the home and garden have a lovely tree-lined aspect and very private feel to it. Martins Heron Station is just under a mile away with direct links to Reading & London Waterloo. The Horndean Shopping Parade is just around the corner with everything from a Tesco Express to takeaways, to The Woodcutters Pub and a community center as well. For anyone that enjoys nature and exploring, you'll be sure to find plenty of walkways and cut-throughs taking you to Savernake Park, into Swinley Forest, and many other play parks and green spaces to enjoy.

The garden here is just stunning, and it's low maintenance with some lovely features. The house itself is really well proportioned with great-sized rooms upstairs and down, and even the landing feels spacious with a nice window and plenty of storage. The location is really quiet but so convenient with so many shops, parks, and walks right on the doorstep.
